We are well known at Air Accessories for our core business, fluid power. We are one of Emersons prime distributors and as a leading UK fluid automation distributor. Backed by the power of Emerson, the ASCO brand represents an exciting opportunity to help our customers transform their businesses and shape a more productive world. ASCO has accentuated our range (since we partnered with them in 2019) with their extensive product line including a broad range of solenoid valves, angle body piston valves, cylinders, filters, regulators, lubricators, valve islands and manifolds as well as complimentary accessories.
ASCO is a brand in which flow control meets pneumatics to create the world’s most comprehensive suite of fluid automation solutions that escalates efficiency effectively to ensure customers reach their true potential.
ASCO was founded in 1888 as a manufacturer of varies control systems, however in 1910; the company invented a newly electrically operated control device known well as the solenoid valve. ASCO’s knowledge and heritage of innovation resulted in a substantial line of products that vary immensely, including customer specific designs. Furthermore the ASCO continued to extend their product base as new products were added such as air-operated valves and manual reset valves, as well as pressure and temperature switches during the 1970’s.
In 1985 ACSO was acquired by Emerson and following the merger of ASCO Joucomatic and Numatics within the Emerson Group of companies, a new company was established under the name of ASCO Numatics. Additionally in 2016, ASCO Numatics unified its global operations under a single brand – ASCO. Therefore all ASCO Numatics products will retain their Numatics badge. However all new and existing ‘ASCO’ products will continue to use the ASCO brand.
The ASCO brand accentuates the proficiency and dependability of our own company as we continue to fulfil our own customer need with the supply of these high quality products.
